That's good to hear, my complaints with #✉-create-a-ticket have been the inactivity of mods at ungodly hours, which isn't their faults. But working nights, it's the main time I play

trouble makers make trouble where the easy victims are, and they learn soon who's only there every now and then (or when be called in), and who is regularly around in their hunting grounds

I... my experience with blockers is much more sparse. I haven't encountered anyone so dedicated to the endeavor to remember the names of mods/those able to prevent them from being blockers
