if you have saved map with big letter at start and if in editor press ctrl+shift+o it will open map with small letter

It depends on the name of the map on the server, if you used "sv_map tutorial" it would still load the map "Tutorial" on case insensitive file systems but the server would show it as "tutorial"

every server i tested na, china etc it took around 10-15sec before the map download started (edited)
