You just seem to have high ping in general, but 10 seconds still sounds like a lot. Which phase does it seem to be stuck in while connecting? What does it say on the connecting screen?
Mh, it could really be an ISP thing or maybe you have some software firewall/antivirus? It's hard to tell really. No answer from server yet means either your connection packet didnt make it to the server yet or our response hasnt made it to the client yet

All I can think of is that it has something to do with Telekom, my new internet provider. Besides that nothing really changed. I already tried changing dns but it did not help
the anti virus has to open many different files to analyze it for viruses.
if this opening process contains a bug for any file format.. e.g. PNG, then this allows a virus to attack the anti virus xD

i mean if you feel more secure use them, but windows defender will probably find the obvious ones. and the hard to detect might not be detected at all
