it does work. /Special:MyLanguage/ defaults to your default language you set on the wiki itself - and will fallback to english if no translation is found:
indeed, changing language using this dropdown menu is persistent. Thanks! The behavior of horizontal language selector is still weird and unexpected. I wasn't even looking for the wikipedia-style dropdown language selector because the horizontal language list was more visible (and nothing clearly suggests it is different from the dropdown).
actually, the dropdown menu only changes the language of pages visited in future (but not current) and the horizontal selector only changes the language of current page (but not future). On the wikipedia (and any other website on the Internet I can think of) there is only one language selector that changes the language globally, until you change it again using the same selector.
Does it mean my English is good or bad? How can I improve to not sound like llm? (I'm ready to pass a Turing test if you wanna keep that information secret from robots; we shouldn't communicate in Discord in that case, though)

Sounds llm generated (sorry If Not )
Thats Just mediawikis Design, Nothing we can really do against that i guess (edited)
Speaking of Turing test, I was about to suggest to play random ddnet novice together as a way to prove we are humans Must be novice server, so that real human has a chance to complete it

I think the wording of the First sentence, it Sounds Like a regular LLM Response If you correct it:
Indeed, changing language using this dropdown menu is persistent. Thanks!
I also had a thought that it was because of the word "Indeed" at the beginning. Just start any message with "Indeed..." and be polite to make it look like llm output XD
E. g. here LLM starts their message with "you are absolutely right" (verbose synonym for "indeed") and ends with "thank you [for correcting me...]". In order to look like real humans we should AVOID agreeing with the other speaker and NOT be thankful. E.g. "HOW DARE YOU ASSUME YOU KNOW MORE THAN ME! MEET CTF5 1v1 NOW"
