many pros play with dynamic camera, you easily try it out by setting: cl_mouse_followfactor 50 in F1 0 is default

Rather use cl_dyncam 1 (cl_dyncam_followfactor seems to be set to 60 by default) or enable it in Settings > General > Game

typically you can get used to it in a few days. if you want to play high level ictf or fng, you'll need the dynamic camera ^^
