the error on UKR is "the server has not responded yet" and the POL ping is 600+ I live in Russia

If your ping on RUS is 560 and on POL is 600, your ISP is having problems. I'd suggest complaining to them

I was spectating 2 people in the same team. When one of them left every other tee started blinking until other guy left. Camera was slowly moving somewhere and was returning to one place if i tried...
