You should be able to use a python script to start a server, read the server output from its standard output, and execute server commands using FIFO in response to the output. That should also make it possible to for example execute a python script/function when a vote has finished according to the server log.

If you select a tele, speedup or switch group you will get a new option on the top left to change the value.
