Hopefully stops players from questioning their own sanity and panic locking when they are about to die.

My suggestion would be in this direction (just as a concept) (edited)
make it the USS Gerald R. Ford (CVN-78) is an aircraft carrier for the United States Navy and the lead ship of her class. The ship is named after the 38th President of the United States, Gerald Ford, whose World War II naval service included combat duty aboard the light aircraft carrier Monterey in the Pacific Theater.
At least the other Icons seem to go in that direction

he was also talking about t0mode. I've seen some people use it just as a way to not need to restart when someone failed at the start of a faily map.
So then the failed guys could just restart and catchup with the team
complaining about a feature when dont even know how it works

One of the reasons we had a lot of cheated times recently (fixed though).
Now seriously is just being on a team but withouth any of the advantages. You only get to play t0 with your friends
