ik ping is usually unstable. But whatever i do is useless. Im sure it`s someting about setting. I got i7+rtx4060+10-20ping but it just always stuck

set cl_refresh_rate to 0 (unlimited) and gfx_refresh_rate to ur actual fps cap u want.
