It's a dummy map. Connect dummy, join a team with both tees, then you'll be able to move beyond the starting line

A bit of luck and a bit of teeworlds physics to help you, it's just around below the apex of your jump, so if you get unfrozen at the top of your jump, you should be able to make it in

The problem is that the the other guy can't actually do the laser for unfreeze because you can't hit each other

it has to do with releasing early enough to not hit the freeze but not releasing to late to pull yourself up :D
