we used to have weird mysql issues when compiling against the wrong mysql/mariadb lib. can you show the logs when you finish a map and it doesn‘t store?

Are you referring to autoexec_server.log? But I don’t seem to see any log files generated Is there anything I have set incorrectly? Or is there a wrong setting? My logfile settings logfile "autoexec_server.log" loglevel 2

In game I saw yellow colour of hookline here and it was going through the corner like I could hook him but I couldn't. When I rewatched it on demo I saw things like in screenshot here and Yokoo also saw things like this. Moreover when he saw my hookline yellow it was red for me. How to fix this?

The log file is written to your config directory and not to the current folder

Demo file got corrupted, don't know why this happens, unless you used multiple clients

It was in the same folder as the executable in old versions, it was changed because writing to the program directory can cause issues (especially on Windows)

Yes, the hoster was regularly overwhelmed by DOS attacks. Hosting a server in Turkey is just too hard for us, we can't find any good hoster willing to be assed with all the attacks we bring along

There is a lot of hosting company in Turkey, I have a chance to connect with them. Maybe I can find a hosting company to sponsor Turkish servers. Are DDNet servers working with VDS or VPS servers?

We usually prefer VDS if it has to be virtual, we run bigger servers on dedicated servers though. But we can run on pretty much anything. The problem is that the hoster needs to be able to tolerate very high peak traffic during attacks without blocking all traffic and that's usually too much to ask

There are much better data centers with DDoS protection in Turkey (Netinternet, Radore vs) As I said, I have some connections in this sector and maybe I can find companies that would like to sponsor (DDoS protected). Whitelist can be introduced as in some servers

Our GER10 whitelist operates using a special xdp filter, and the person sponsoring it owns the network, so he can tolerate us bursting over the very little bandwidth we use during normal operation

I doubt we can find anyone that nice anywhere else

but it never hurts to ask around. What's most important is that we will get attacks and they shouldn't block us completely during attacks. Whitelists and filtering of obvious attack patterns is all that can be done without hurting the gameplay sadly
