we have a way to detect some botting, but I think we don't ban automatically

Why isn't there a rule that says that the Mod who banned you shouldn't take care of your ban appeal. Like that mod bans you, you make a ban appeal and the mod who banned you immediately claims the ticket. But I think everyone who gets banned by a mod and opens a ban appeal, wants to talk to another mod or admin who has a neutral view.

I didnt know every mod can see the ticket, I thought if a mod claims a ticket noone else except for maybe an admin can have access to that ticket

okay perfect, so than the mods who ban you answer immediately bc they probably know you will open a ban appeal. I thought they claim the ticket instantly so you cant have a neutral mod but yeah all good than

You're probably referring to the anti-ping function. Go to settings -> DDNet tab -> Antiping
