I think the reason for this is that they are in the tower despite the fact that the upper one holds hook to the side

tower's sometimes save otherwise failed runs, they look cool and if they're done with micro movement its something people are usually proud about, and then there are those weird towers like the one posted by Broso which are also pretty cool (edited)
