Can be possible that the servers you were playing on are getting ddosed. Means some very nice people make the servers lag on purpose. You can check it in #bot-cmds with $ddos

It doesn't. When a player finishes, the server will insert a new row and the value of sv_region_name as the server of that row to the database.
