Restarted servers have /practice enabled again. Huge thanks to @Zwelf and @murpi for debugging this issue! And Zwelf for helping out with the previous team0mode exploit too! (edited)

We had another issue with ranks being wrongly stored, they should all be fixed and all affected servers are restarted! Please tell me if anything is still wrong
