i remember it happening switching from a ddnet server to a 0.6 server back to ddnet, it might be unrelated but that was the first and only time download_skins completly stopped working until i closed an reopened the client
Lag, you can see his aim slowly rotate, which happens when you lose connection for a split second. (If they move their cursor it'll keep the same speed rotating around)(edited)
