All mentioned maps are 2 stars solo i think, there is nothing insanely hard, but it could take more time if you are not that experienced

The easiest way is do a double jump, then on the fall shoot wall right before you hit ground and press jump. The angle is not important, you just need to hit yourself pretty much. And btw i don't think you need this to pass those maps. I would've show you but im going to sleep

if it's not packet loss, try to adjust cl_prediction_margin in F1 console
