filter for closest region, play with cl_antiping 1 and then set cl_predictionmargin to 2x ur ping deviation (if ur ping varies between 20 and 30, deviation is 10 --> set the margin to 20

Most dummy players have huge ego and always save their dummy first, and thats just classic when you unfreeze a dummy player, then he goes to his dummy (instead of helping you first) and fails there => you all die because you helped a dummy player

So just to understand: If I work half my ass off to help others, and the dummy is practically indispensable to doing that successfully, and then I have to hear that dummy players are arrogant and selfish, and this from someone who doesn't know me at all, then all that's proven to you is my over-inflated ego, yes? I am indeed selfish to the extent that I don't allow you to forbid me to defend myself.

There is one reason for me justatest

Currently my internet connection is really bad and I have 90-140 ping... Its really ass to play with some real player in this condition (even hh/hf sometimes can be terribly annoying) Dummy allows me to join a group of other tees and because of the antiping I can be kinda useful for them (more or less). And if someone dies I just give them a second life.

players like @Stepfunn enjoys dummy players because it allows for one more swap once he fails the run for another chance at finish

I think a point here is the question why you are playing. I perceive most Dummy Players as overcompetitive, trying to finish no matter what. Playing dummy first and not relying on anyone. Personally i dont know why people have to play that competitiveness mindset in team 0 at all. For me playing is mostly about fun and socializing, that just doesnt go well with dummy players in my experience.

Another point here is that you extend your (certainly representative) experiences to people who you could not accuse of anything and who you do not have to prove anything concrete, because that is exactly what your generalization is for. I am not responsible for any negative experiences you have had with other dummy players just because I am one myself.
