Well, you could just nest another. bind KEY "rcon toggle OPTION1 VALUE1 VALUE2; rcon toggle OPTION2 VALUE1 VALUE2". But not sure if it works that well.

Can you send the crash dump (if you use Windows)? It should be the newest file in the dumps folder in your configdir.
