The sensitivity settings are relative and in percent, so 100 means it's the default speed of the mouse on your system, 300 means 3 times as fast as normal etc.

Maybe, yeah. Some strings are not translated in most languages because the original makes the most sense, but it looks like Entities is translated in most other languages already

It's not on my pc, but a person who asked for help. He said that it was like this for 3 weeks for him. I tried checking his firewall, but its completey turned off. I am not at this technical stuff, so I couldn't come up with a solution. Got any suggestions to try?

Maybe your connection is unstable or you sometimes have bad routing to the servers. Normal browser or watching videos doesn't have the same requirements for internet as playing games. You could try restarting your router sometimes and see if that helps.

That's why I asked about antivirus, because it might have some effect, but Windows Defender hasn't caused such issues in the past and most users use it I guess (edited)

Do you play with downloaded skins? Maybe you could try playing with vanilla skins only so less skins are loaded

I mean disable the setting to download skins in the Tee settings, so skins are not loaded from the internet while you play
