the problem is : who failed ? because if someone fall in the kill tile it can be his fault or the fault of the mate.

Also, I didn't add all the stats but they reached the 80% section 4 times in 4 hours in 281 tries. It means they have 1.42% chance to reach the 80% section each run, occurring 1 time per hour. We also can imagine they might fail after that section, easily reducing that chance to 1%.
