Same reason freeze durations are different on occasion, I'd imagine. Tickbased? So you enter the freeze at the precise tick that would make you get frozen for 2 seconds in normal freeze

This happens often (if not always) when the server is being ddosed. I was been once when ddos in this map, and I skip the whole solo. there is no demo, since this happened more than a year ago, have only a screenshot(or check teehistorian, because as i remember i finish map) (edited)

There's just a button on the map that disables these freeze tiles, the map is named "Ice" if anyone was wondering
