why in many maps in solo parts when you fail the part it teleports you to different places like here?

There used to be a bug where if someone stands exactly on the spawn point you can't spawn, even when they are in solo. Maybe mappers got used to placing multiple spawns and also took that over to tele (which never had that problem from what I can remember)
