in the top left is a symbol which tells you that you are in practice mode, maybe this helps. Could it be that you joined practice mode before hitting startline in the prior run? If so you wont leave practice on kill

open the Server Settings tab in the editor and add the command tune shotgun_strength -15 (example number). if you want to use it only on certain areas use tune tiles instead. also better ask such questions in #mapping
