Yup, me and @texnonik have this in our map. Are you using trashmap server? Some stuff doesn't work on trashmap, try LAN.

with bounce it works like you said

for me it always teleports where laser ends

My new map spike_it has teleport laser (but doesn't keep movement) + made it shorter laser so u see where u teleport
