Mp3 - you Just want the audio ? :P - for a mp4 Video Format, you can Render it in the Demo Tab in the Server Browser on the top tight, then in the Demo you want to Render you can click the "Render" Button in the taskbar.

Why would you need to set it higher? The current limit at 100k already seems absurdly high. But I guess you could change it in Windows or the DPI on your mouse.
