Yes that should be possible with rebinding the bind

i write it on phone so idk if it works: hammer.cfg - +weapon1 bind q exec gun.cfg gun.cfg - +weapon2 bind q exec hammer.cfg (in f1) bind 1 "+weapon1; exec hammer.cfg" bind 2 "+weapon2; exec gun.cfg" (edited)

I guess you have to exec one of the specific votes configs in the types/ folder
