Also this is designed in a way that noobs will almost definitely prevent the person at the top from falling against wall, forcing them to do something a novice player wouldn't normally do

I don't know, it could be a range of things. Your internet is unstable, you're not joining servers closest to where you live, the servers are being ddosed

If you're on wifi, the game will most likely feel laggy. You could try running an ethernet cable from your computer to your router.
