why can't you check your demos while in-game? i get that watching a demo might be impossible because of how it plays but managing the demos (checking for maps, length etc) should be fine? not like its very important, just interested to know :P (edited)

exactly as you say should be fine, but simply not done rendering it is harder bcs of global variable usage in the client

Having to start a 2nd client to watch a demo is annoying. Maybe after 10 years wanting that feature I should make an effort to remove some global variables (edited)

it's not only global variables tho.. it's also global state

I cant play valorant and ddnet at the same time. I open both them and when i press alt tab valorant just crashes

Yes the solution is not playing closed source games. Then you can do proper bug reports or even fix it your self

@ilker: if valorant crashes report it to valorant developers

it only happens with ddnet, not with other games

when i render a demo it always shows my pov and even when i used /pause to free view.... how can i render it following a specific player only, without my free view stuff or even multi view?
