but the middle device mikrotik ( can work as an AP bridge for the modem) and can work as router for the LTE antena on WAN port (actually any port can be WAN here )

dont bother i already found out all the answers, it's impossible to have redundancy over the internet, and even with dynamic routing It wont go well
