force yourself to sleep less or sleep in different times (30m sleep and stuff, so no REM sleep), under pain you suddenly dont need the urge to sleep 8 hours

but then, I never missed a day where I wouldnt have wanted to kms cuz of it. Out of my own experience, be happy you could sleep a whole 8 hours without the feel of wasting time the moment you wake up.

Also regarding that.. dying is wasting time too, its like not watching a movie anymore because it sucks, but U cant just see another movie or do something else, but stare at black screen

imagine being immortal average joe, in our world, but U live while humans were still primitives, without even cave paintings, U have noone to learn from, U're not smart enough to invent things on Ur own, aside from trial and error... kinda nightmarish, unless it ends on somone, who is nature fanatic i guess.

i had troubles at work with dell dockstation where the machine never turned off for some reason. Look into ACPI troubles with linux kernel

@Ewan i will look into it tomorrow. @Chairn It"s self built pc, bios is up to date, i Will check it tomorrow too ( tho im not sure issue is there) i had similar issue with previous pc (though on shutting down windows ) and in the end it was either faulty ram (as incompatibile) (tho mem tests were passed and i ran them 3 days straight ). Or the mhz setting
