It's just that error? Your server probably doesn't support IPv6 then. You can disable it with sv_register ipv4.

afaik you can't skip cps. You can just reach what's behind them. Idk about switches tho. but I guess you can. Testing that should be fairly easy

in the client there is a checkbox if u want to see community skins or not. You wont see the disgusting tank skin if u leave that checkmark empty and just see teeish skins, which is nice
