Building two doors with different IDs, such that they overlap (see picture) disables the top door. !grafik Visually it is still closed but the tee can pass through it. The video below shows two stacked doors with different IDs. First I confirm that the door works by running into it. Next I deactivate the bottom door with ID1 for 3 seconds and now I can easily pass through door 2, even though it should...

Yea that’s a minor inconvenience it’s not like they are impossible
Replying to @Learath2 It breaks skin changes, colour changes, name changes just to name a few
08:15
Yes every player counts. And it gets rid off this weirdness that there is this incompatibility doesn’t it make you nervous? Also teeworlds might be dead but it still has more stars on GitHub. Has the OG teeworlds.com website which gets a bit of traffic. Still is included in a bunch of Linux articles and package managers. Ddnet has been always compatible with teeworlds and now it suddenly stopped just because porting would be a hassle. Everytime I join a pvp community like ctf or gctf for example it all makes so much sense to not neglect those few players that do not know or don’t care about ddnet. They just play teeworlds and now they are cut off of all the ddnet players.
Replying to @Learath2 To stay compatible with a dead game?
08:16
ddnet does not care about pvp support at all so might as well stay compatible to the latest pvp servers

gctf community is 0.7 mostly but I don't want to play 0.7 (edited)

jopsti ddnet is more bloat than teeworlds
09:29
and breaking compat gets rid of the possibility to use lightweight tw as drop in for ddnet
09:29
teeworlds is boring
09:29
ddnet is popular
09:29
its not hard to not be blind
09:29
we drop tw support

we make ddnet cleaner

we add mod support sure

The GCL servers are purely KoG servers, but ranked, for now they are in beta and are in "SOLO" mode, but we were thinking of adding team mode and making some changes, discord: https://gores.pro I wanted to ask if it was possible to be put on the right among the filters, like ddrace and kog, adding server blocks wouldn't be a bad idea either Logo: !logovec12

Rust has been a prominent topic at the Kernel Maintainers Summit for the last couple of years, and the 2023 meeting continued that tradition. Bergmann said that he didn't plan to look seriously at the language until it could be compiled with GCC. Torvalds answered that, while he used to find problems in the LLVM Clang compiler, now he's more likely to find problems with GCC instead; he now builds with Clang.
