It's in the console, you can enable it by doing cl_show_console 1 on windows and restarting the game

you can also just open f1

@deen the /lasttp command still doesn't work after death on Russian servers

I have an issue with my steam version. Long story short my game crashed during a session, and from then on my steam is always thinking the game is running. The game is not running but I can't start it either from steam who try to kill it first, bt obviously doesn't succeed. I try to reboot steam, reboot PC, uninstall game, reinstall game. Same thing. Any idea ?

For the crash, check if there is something in dumps directory, if so, upload it for us to look at.
