Or rename the Teeworlds/DDNet folders toTeeworlds_old/DDNet_old to keep your config (rename whichever folders you have)

Hi again bro. I fixed first problem ( only Loading map, not waiting for load ) - its cuz map not exist

I JUST TURNED OFF LOW DETAIL MODE AND GOT A WHOLE ASS BSOD

Use BlueScreenView to read the minidump and then google the error messages if any dumps are found
