cuz Headshot's anti ddos implementation kinda worked for a while and has been used in ddnet, using whitelists

It needs more refinement, so that all of ddnet servers and not just some special type of servers should have this by default.

Aint annoying to pull up your browser and whitelist yourself for the sake of not getting ddos

This sort of filter requires strong servers where we can have lots of bw. Can't filter traffic bigger than our bandwidth on the smaller servers
