if there are border bugs and you are not using opengl 1.0 then you need to replace the asset

the asset is bugged, you can recreate it or find another one

The border bug you mean the weird black line that appears sometimes on a mappre of a quad or? if its that i think you can open the mappre in any photo editor and make sure the image doesnt touch the ends of the dimensions (i think thats what Ravie told me if i remember right) like a pixel difference from all the borders
