is there any way to fix my ping in ARG? i live in brazil so i should be getting at most 60 ping in ARG since i get about 90 in CHL

Save and give it a name. Then go to the home screen and press run server. Copy the password from the console that pops up, go to your lan tab, join the world, press f2, paste the password and then type: sv_map "name of the map"

Ask the internet companies in Argentina and Brazil to improve their connectivity. What often happens is that the ISP in both countries only has a good connection to the US, so that's why your ping is so high

That's the reason we even have an Argentina server btw, because Argentinians would have ping 300 on Brazil server even though it's closeby
