u can place freeze 1 tile larger and use automapper. but u have the issue to the next tile then. there are tilesets wich fills these gaps

is ur freeze a special tileset ? if no, u can just duplicate generic layer and remove tileset and set to the good color

how to use the program map_extrac.exe for taking tiles?

drag the map into map_extract.exe
