can i manually register my server without setting sv_register? what do i need to do to do it?

without sv_register anyone can join normally

join the server, and see what the value of sv_register is in F2 console

if i set sv_register to 0 it 0, but if i set it to 1 its 1 but i get lots of errors when it tries to register server

as much as i can read out of this error msg, only ipv6 registering fails. if u set sv_register ipv4 it should™️ not even try ipv6
