in firewall settings there should be not only ddrace but also ddrace-server

That’s the properties page of an outbound firewall rule. The name of the rule is not indicative of the executable(s) it’s meant for (can be none/all)

When you use the wizard for an executable or the app makes the rule itself then it’s different, it’ll just call itself the process name (typically *.exe)
