Hey everyone, did anyone here ever encounter such stutters, if so does anyone know how to fix this? I've got a AMD GPU and I use Vulkan renderer, I usually play 1600x900 165hz I am not quite sure if those are stutters or lags and idk how to tell what it is, maybe someone knows better. (edited)
