It's still broken, so skin was temporarily disabled in the DB. You need to resave the skin without Interlacing, as pnglite supports no interlacing, but the skin was saved with Adam7 Interlace.

On the server the skin was Non-interlaced. Only if the skin is served, it becomes interlaced.
