I can't give you an example, since we haven't had such situation yet.

there are 159 dummy maps in general, about 30 or more can be skipped in teamrank and its not the players issue if he finds a certain method to finish in team after searching for hours, just because a tester made a flaw

If not, then I don't know about any established guidelines I could tell you to answer your question. (edited)

Skips just depends if they are fun or not, if they are fun to do and not skipping the whole map then yeah they are cool. Most skips are either annoying/hard to do that just ruins the idea behind the original part completely which i think its stupid and those skips should be fixed. @Steinchen i saw that (edited)

We also should never keep a teamrank on a dummy map because it's very exciting and hard to pull off.
