what is deemed as absolutely necessary? you fixed some teamrank finish maps but kept others
well you did, you removed Adragaline teamrank skip not even a day ago, but kept Adragaline 2 skip, Coke removed Oldpath skip but there are other maps that won't be removed
there are 159 dummy maps in general, about 30 or more can be skipped in teamrank and its not the players issue if he finds a certain method to finish in team after searching for hours, just because a tester made a flaw
Just to be clear, the new rule applies to new maps only, maps which are released after the rule was established. Maps released prior to said rule, I have no idea.(edited)

They played the 30% again, but legitimately. That was the deal.

Skips just depends if they are fun or not, if they are fun to do and not skipping the whole map then yeah they are cool. Most skips are either annoying/hard to do that just ruins the idea behind the original part completely which i think its stupid and those skips should be fixed.
@Steinchen i saw that(edited)
if they remove it ok cool you can still upload it etc to show off
if they dont its in a seperate leaderboard anyway (team) so it doesnt actually affect previous records. only thing is just spamming #records

however i will say the new "rule" made it seem like it applied to all maps, not just new ones(edited)

so maybe its a good idea to update the new rule or make a quick announcement specifying that its only for newly released maps
