Playing with a new player, and he had 105 points 2 hours ago, now he has 97. I know I'm not remembering wrong because I went back in F1 (same server all day). Why did this happen?

could be a database connection error, wait 24 hours and it should fix itself

If you want to create your own, it's easiest to use sqlite. if you want to use mysql you have to compile your own client

Where you put the database is decided by sv_sqlite_file, which by default is ./ddnet-server.sqlite. The maps repo should be placed in the same directory you execute your server.
