i found how it can be done. just replacing {{hammer}} with {{Hammer|çekiç|tr}} was enough for the solution. (çekiç is the Turkish translation of hammer, and tr stands for Turkish)

{{Hammer|çekiç}} should be enough, it automatically links to the correct language.

the other languages on the pseudo page used [[Special:MyLanguage/hammer|hammer]] instead of {{hammer|hammer}}. i'm sure this case is not only limited with this page. i tried search {{hammer}} to see if there are any other mistakes like this, but no results show up. where can i find articles that contain {{hammer}} or any other template? or did i search incorrectly?
