i have the same bug since i merged my mod to a newer version of ddnet, i thought i did something wrong while merging

I see a potential bug already: this uses Server()->Translate(ClientID, i) which can modify ClientID in a loop, so subsequent calls in the same loop would use a different client ID for the translation

sg seems to hit my dummy in the opposite direction i was actually aiming for but doesnt even affect him whatsoever while the rest of it becomes invisible or idek I think it's some sort of bug probably

Looks like your dummy bumped inside you enough to touch the center of your tee(where the sg originates from) when you shot, it looks like it didn’t affect since the tee can’t bump in anymore then just bumps out

Probably not technically intended but it does happen, it’s easier to see exactly how it happens when you mess around with nocol and being half inside another tee

does it have any other use or effect besides unnecessary fails? if not it should probably still be considered a bug and therefore be fixed (well at least imo)

I mean sg bug happens because the shot originates at the center, the fix for it would either be changing how sg works or changing how bouncing works and they don’t like to change physics since it could affect gameplay but idk

You could def fix it in a way that doesn’t affect sg bug, I’m not sure how much work it would be or if it comes up enough to be worth it though

understandable, I can't really think of anything other than sg fly that could make it possibly happen and I think it's the first time ever that this happened to me so the demand is probably not too high but I was still annoyed and confused so it'd definitely be worth it if it's not much effort, some dev might want to look into it
