it is physically not possible since one block is 32 units. 1 / 32 = 0.03125. therefore you can only move in 0.03125 steps and since you can only tower with a diffrence on one unit you cant have a difference of 0.04.

Kinda different but you can technically stack with like over .10 difference but there has to be a platform at the same height as bottom tee
