I recently let my brother play this amazing game. But when I got home my account had been banned until February 21st. My brother said he didn't know why this happened. Until I found out he started blocking people on multeasymap. I'm sorry for what happened, but please release my account again. I really like this game, and I didn't want to be without playing it for so long. I promise this will never happen again
only situation i can think of is trackmania for example, maybe making a TAS with cheat engine and then leaving it open, but if anthing that would just make it look like they're cheating, but maybe it has no effect
literally every cheater tries to defend themselves, until they get proven to be a cheater and they either fade out of existence or try to hide it and continue on
I like when any% speedrunners argue that some glitches are more like cheats and they shouldnt be allowed

why not just try it for the said "50 hours" and get a real rank and then be recognized by the community
well the first accusation was due to apparently riolu not having a rank on maps that were seemingly hard to do with slowmo? (not really sure how that works, but thats what they said xd), however the actual proof was due to seeing how rapid the inputs were
had years and years of experience and an actually good player (they've had online ranks and stuff as well, they were good at the game), but also years of cheating experience clearly lmao
Trackmania i feel like have the same problem as ddnet. Everything is replayable so people can just make seemingly legit input sequence and just replay it.
I would imagine there's a huge amounts of cheaters that aren't caught yet, or never going to be caught, because they cheat smarter than other cheaters. Like they do a tas run but they legitimize every input so that it's not perfect, and to the outside it will just look like a very well done speedrun
