It happened to me once recently (8 days ago or so) and once like a year ago..I think it's caused by the network being unstable for a second

I finished Paradise yesterday. I checked my rank just now and it didn’t save. I tried doing /rank many times but still didn’t work. Is is possible to fix the rank lost or I need to refinish the map? Here are 2 videos. Their original length was 2m32s and 5m19s respectively (3x speed all) I finished this map by using 2 nicknames.

Usually it gets added after 24h if the insert failed

Mh maybe it was 48h. But you can create a ticket in #✉-create-a-ticket then you get support from an admin. Simply click "other"
